1. Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates
  1. We offer a variable shipping fee on all orders within India based on the delivery location.
3. Shipping Duration
  1. Standard Shipping: 5 - 7 business days
4. Order Tracking
  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, whatsapp and SMS to monitor the delivery status of your order
5. Shipping Locations
  1. We currently ship only within India.
6. Shipping Restrictions
  1. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
  1. In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
8. Force Majeure

The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered.
